Fees are an annualized percentage of assets under management.

Fees are deducted from client investment accounts during the first week following each calendar quarter.

For Actively Managed Accounts

1.5% of the value of assets under $500,000

1% of the value of assets from $500,000 to $1,000,000

.8% of the value of assets over $1,000,000

For the Fixed Income Component of the Portfolio

.35% of the value of the fixed income portfolio
